A Few Tips for Best Results:
- Always do the movement lessons gently, slowly, without forcing or stretching. Remember, it’s your brain you are “talking” to.
- If any of the lessons in this program is difficult, or painful for you to do, make sure to first of all STOP! You may then try doing less, going slower, and using less effort. If that doesn’t help, you may do the lesson in your imagination, or you may skip doing this lesson and come back to it after you have done the rest of the program. Very often people find that when they come back to a lesson that was difficult to do earlier, it is no longer the case.
- We recommend, if at all possible, that you clear at least one hour at a time and continue going through the program with no more than 2-3 days between viewings. However, any way you can go through this program will be a huge win.
- If you have an Anat Baniel Method®NeuroMovement® for Children with Special Needs Practitioner in your area, we suggest you try private lessons for your child and a few for yourself. Combining your own learning and transformations with your child getting lessons will empower the process even more.
- If you wish to become a practitioner in the method, please go to www.anatbanieltraining.com, or email Breta@anatbanieltraining.com.
